This one-day workshop is designed for writers working on a children’s fiction project who have significant workshop experience – including picture book texts, early readers, chapter books, MG (9-12s) and teen/young adult fiction.
Participants will be asked to circulate material in advance of this workshop. The focus will be on discussing each participant’s work, with a view to learning how to improve and develop a project, and other issues relating to children’s and YA fiction and publishing will be discussed as they come up.
PREREQUISITE: PARTICIPANTS MUST HAVE ATTENDED 3+ CHILDREN’S FICTION WORKSHOPS AT BIG SMOKE PREVIOUSLY.
