Beginning To Write Poetry (1 day)

This one day course introduces the art of poetry. The goal will be to provide a supportive atmosphere for people who are beginning to try out the form. We will look at crafting and editing your work, developing your poetic voice and study examples of international contemporary poets. There will be writing prompts throughout the day. We will also explore publications and the thriving literary performance scene in Dublin.
